Giving something back and vlogging our morning routine

January feels like it’s dragging on forever, doesn’t it?
Christmas was SOOOO long ago, and with the wet/windy/snowy weather my mood has not been good.

However, today the sun is shining, so although it’s cold outside, I’m snug and warm with a lovely yellow glow filling my living room.

Feeling more positive reminds me that I haven’t really shared much about our latest idea for our TBSAH business.  I’m sure that lots of you really appreciate all those ‘key workers’ who are keeping our food shops stocked, our kids educated and our hospitals running (not an exhaustive list, there are so many key workers just getting on with things that we can’t possibly mention them all!)

We wanted to give something back, something that would give them a little boost outside of their very important work life.  So we’re making up little treat bags with hand creams/face masks and sweets, and we’re asking you lovely locals to help us.

Treat bags for key workers fund
For every £4.25 donated we will be able to make a treat bag, and we’re donating all our commission to make up extras too.  They will be distributed around local schools, hospitals and shops etc so we’re hoping to get quite a few made!

If you’d like to help, you can send donations through PayPal (friends and family please), get in touch for other ways to help.  Please follow our Facebook page to keep up to date with how we’re getting on.

In other news, we had every intention of filming our morning routines this week – it’s now Friday and we still haven’t done it.  If you’re subscribed to our channel I just want to say thanks, and sorry!  I just don’t know where each day disappears!  I promise it’s a priority for next week.  We are determined to get back to our twice weekly schedule.

So, think that’s it from us for now, stay safe and we’ll and we’ll be back with another blog update soon!

Cari xx
